The '''MushGus''' is an enemy which appears in ''[[Star Fox Adventures]]''. It's a crimson fungus that is slightly larger than [[Fox]]. It appears at several locations throughout Fox's quest at [[Sauria]], but perhaps mostly at [[ThornTail Hollow]]. As a mushroom, it's unable to move, but it's able to emit poisonous spores that will hurt Fox if he's nearby. Even though it's invincible, it can be stunned with a shot from the Fire Blaster, allowing Fox to pass by without getting hurt. But because the spores only affect a very small area around the fungus, it's best to just walk around it while keeping a distance.
When [[Fox McCloud|Fox]] passes a MushGus, it shakes around and then emits poisonous spores, which surrounds him. These do minimal damage, as they only deplete a quarter of a heart in Fox's life bar. MushGuses cannot be defeated, but Fox can temporarily stun them with the [[Fire Blaster]]. Generally, Fox must avoid these enemies by navigating around them.

MushGuses[1] are large, crimson mushroom enemies that appear in Star Fox Adventures. They are featured throughout Dinosaur Planet but are most prominent in ThornTail Hollow. They are among the first enemies encountered in the game.

When Fox passes a MushGus, it shakes around and then emits poisonous spores, which surrounds him. These do minimal damage, as they only deplete a quarter of a heart in Fox's life bar. MushGuses cannot be defeated, but Fox can temporarily stun them with the Fire Blaster. Generally, Fox must avoid these enemies by navigating around them.
