Appearance and personality

Leon's appearance is based on that of a Chameleon. In Star Fox: Assault, he is featured wearing a blue jump-suit.

His official debut was in Star Fox 64 on the planet Fortuna, or later on Bolse or Venom Here, his primary target would always be Falco Lombardi. While engaged with Falco, Leon would often comment on his own superiority and, when shot down, became incensed by the fact that he had been defeated despite being the Great Leon. If encountered later on Venom, he will have a cybernetic eye, most likely as a replacement for his being injured earlier in the game, or perhaps just an enhancement.

in Assault, his demeanor and personality had drastically changed, he was portrayed as a dangerous psychopath and assassin, rather than calm and collected as he was in Star Fox 64. His voice was also changed.

Development (Out of Game)

In game History

Not much is made known of Leon Powalski, though it can be assumed he is a good friend of Wolf O'Donnell since they joined the Venomian Army, as Wolf allowed him to join his elite fighter squadron Star Wolf.
