Garunda Te is the Gatekeeper of the Spellstone found in DarkIce Mines on Sauria in Star Fox Adventures.

When Fox meets him, Garunda Te tells him that when General Scales invaded, he came to Garunda Te and threatened to destroy the SnowHorn tribe if he did not open the gateway to the Spellstone. When Garunda Te refused, his daughter went against his wishes and opened the gate to save the tribe. However, Scales enslaved the SnowHorn tribe despite her cooperation.
