Cerinia

Cerinia was a planet in a system far away from Lylat System, and was home to an ancient race of anthropomorphic mystics, who used magic as both tools and weapons to create their civilization, advancing in many ways, but retaining more primitive appearances and customs to carry on their traditions. It is also possible that Cerinia had ties to the planet Sauria, which is hinted by Fox's statement that "...by capturing Krystal, who had the ability to channel this power, Andross was able to use this energy to revive himself." This shows that Krystal had knowledge about the Krazoa Spirits, and it is likely that her people had this knowledge, as well. It could also explain how Andross was able to reach Sauria in the first place. Krystal's Star Fox Adventures outfit and staff may also hint that she or her family were of high status on Cerinia by show of symbols, tattos, a magic gold-jeweled staff, and gold-white clothing, as these are commonly used to show royalty or nobility.

Cerinia was, reportedly, completely destroyed in Star Fox Adventures, and its population murdered. The only known survivor of this catastrophe is Krystal, who originally came to Lylat, and later Sauria, searching for answers to the destruction of her homeworld and deaths of her parents.

It was most likely that Andross destroyed the planet so he could feed off its magical energy in an attempt to revive himself (implied by Krystal's knowledge of him and her discovery of his presence on Sauria shortly before her own arrival).
