Cerinia

Cerinia was a planet in a system far away from Lylat System, and was home to an ancient race of anthropomorphic mystics, who used magic as both tools and weapons to create their civilization, advancing in many ways, but retaining more primitive appearances and customs to carry on their traditions.

Cerinia was, reportedly, completely destroyed in Star Fox Adventures, and its population murdered. The only known survivor of this catastrophe is Krystal, who originally came to Lylat, and later Sauria, searching for answers to the destruction of her homeworld and deaths of her parents.

It was most likely that Andross destroyed the planet so he could feed off its magical energy in an attempt to revive himself (implied by Krystal's knowledge of him and her discovery of his presence on Sauria shortly before her own arrival).
