Bomb Spore Plants are a type of explosive plants found on planet Sauria in Star Fox Adventures. Fox McCloud can detonate them with the Fire Blaster -Staff Upgrade to destroy things and to reveal Bomb Spores, which can only be planted in Bomb Spore Planting Patches in order to grow more of the Plants. The ones planted by Fox produce no Spores, however. This is propably because of the Plants being too young to produce offspring yet. Also, the ones grown by Fox don't grow back when detonated, while all others do in about ten seconds after they've been detonated.
In appearance, they are large, dark brown, pulsating, steam blowing buds, with a couple of green leaves coming out of the base.
