Beltino Orbital Gate

The Beltino Orbital Gate was a large Orbital Gate over Corneria, named for the brave actions of Beltino Toad, Slippy Toad of the Star Fox Team 's father. The gate served as the main transport hub for the entire Lylat System, transporting ships of all sizes across vast distances throughout the galaxy. In addition, it also serves as a large scientific research station. During the Aparoid Invasion it was the site of a large battle between Aparoids and the Cornerian forces. After the war, it became the center of government for Corneria while the planet was being rebuilt from the invasion.

During the Aparoid Invasion After Beltino Toad discovered the location of the aparoid homeworld, the Aparoids responded with a full scale assault on the gate. After a successful fightback by the StarFox team, the aparoids pulled a familar move similar to Sector Z. They launched a barrage of missiles, missiles that were easily destroyed by Star Fox AND Star Wolf. In one last shot, the aparoids fired one more missile, but Falco said, "That looks bigger than a missile". While Star Wolf "took care" of the aparoids around the gate, Star Fox was able to Destroy the Missile piece by piece.

It (or a similar space station) later makes a reappearance during the Anglar Blitz, where they upgrade the Star Fox team's ships and give information about the Anglars.
