BribeClaw are SharpClaw guards under the command of General Scales. They guard the entrances to several locations, but can be bribed into letting Fox through for 50 Scarabs on two occasions. You can get out of paying the second one in Cape Claw by using the Staff Pad nearby. This will cause him to move out of your way as if you paid him.
