- At Nintendo Conference 2010, many new details were unveiled about the Nintendo 3DS, including its Japanese release date and price. Additionally, four brand new screenshots were released for Star Fox 64 3D.

- November 5th, 2010 - NIWA added a new member: WikiBound, a wiki about the EarthBound/Mother series.
- October 29th, 2010 - NIWA added a new member: Smash Wiki, a wiki based solely on the Super Smash Bros. franchise.
- October 15th, 2010 - NIWA added a new member: Strategy Wiki, a wiki for overall-gaming guides and walkthroughs, including Nintendo games.

- In a surprising twist, Lylat Wiki has finally become a member of the NIWA Network, despite not getting the required minimum count of 200 articles. Many major changes to the site will occur eventually, if not in the following week.
