Solar

Solar is a planet with lots of heat and is covered mostly by lava. The heat that solar creates is so hot that most ships cannot spend more then a few minutes on or near the surface without burning up and exploding. Cornerian scientists have also speculated about there being life, even intelligent life resiliant enough to survive the incredible temperatures of Solar. These reports are as yet uncomfirmed, due to the nature of the scientist conducting the research; one former Dr. Andross.

During the Lylat Wars Andross used Solar as one of his bio-weapon staging grounds and develpoed a bio-creture which is made up of hardenred larva, when the StarFox team arrived at the sun there was already other larva creatures but if they are actually life forms of results from Andross's experaments is uncertain.

Solar once again reapears as a stage for StarFox Command. This time StarFox joins with StarWolf who is attacked by the Angular forces which has a heaverly armored battle ship.
