Talk:Star Fox 64 3D
Remake?
Isn't this a remake of the original Star Fox? Star Fox 64 was a remake of that game. A (B C) 16:37, 14 September 2010 (PDT) Star Fox 64 wasn't a full remake, it's a re-imagining.... i believe. Anyway, Star Fox 64 3D would be a remake of a remake, depending on if they add anything. If the game (plot, characters, etc) is virtually the same, then it's a remake. If they add a whole bunch of stuff (like they did between original and 64), then it may be a re-imagining... We will just have to wait and see. 17:05, 14 September 2010 (PDT).
Umm... Star Fox 64 is a sequel of the original Star Fox SNES game, I think. I wanted the 3DS version so badly but I don't own a 3DS! I own a pink DS Lite however. And Star Fox 64 3D is a remake of the original Star Fox 64 game. Please and thanks. SlippyToadGirl64 21:37, 6 October 2011 (PDT)
- Than you for the information, but Star Fox 64 is not a squeal, it is a Re-imagining of the Original Star Fox. It follows a similar, but expanded story line; many of the levels are the same or updated. [Tacopill|(talk)] 15:41, 7 October 2011 (PDT)
You're welcome, Tacopill. I just thought it was a sequel because there was a cancelled SNES game called "Star Fox 2" that was a sequel to the first Star Fox game. It was cancelled due to the Nintendo 64 coming up. So that was why I thought it was a sequel. SlippyToadGirl64 15:32, 8 October 2011 (PDT)
- Not a problem, just clearing up a misconception. And you are correct, Star Fox 2 was cancelled due to the N64 coming out. [Tacopill|(talk)] 16:51, 8 October 2011 (PDT).

Display title
The title here shows the Japanese name and symbols for it. I think it's unique and should be incorporated to the other pages. However, if you don't like the idea, it's fine. I don't recall the Japanese names for the other games, so I'm not sure about this... Airconny talk to me here 00:20, 9 January 2013 (UTC)
- For - I am for it, but have received a lot of backlash from people who think it should be consistent. It is why I made this edit. [Tacopill|(talk)] 01:04, 11 January 2013 (UTC)
- You received backlash for that? I think that edit would've been great, I don't see many wikis that incorporate that. Airconny talk to me here 02:11, 11 January 2013 (UTC)
- I can't say I particularly want pages on an English-language wiki being headlined in Japanese characters, but alternating between Star Fox 64 and Lylat Wars or Star Fox and Starwing, I support more. ToastUltimatum 13:18, 11 January 2013 (UTC)
- We can do that, too. I'll be more than fine to also accept that idea, too. Airconny talk to me here 21:50, 11 January 2013 (UTC)
- Sounds good to me. [Tacopill|(talk)] 20:02, 14 January 2013 (UTC)
- I'll just go ahead and do this later or right now. Airconny talk to me here 21:27, 14 January 2013 (UTC)
