The U-Turn is a move that can be performed in the Star Fox series. During a U-Turn, an aircraft does a half loop and then a 180° roll to bring the aircraft back to level. The proper term for this maneuver is an Immelmann turn.
Star Fox
In the original Star Fox, the U-turn cannot be performed.
Star Fox 64
In Star Fox 64, a U-Turn can be performed by pressing C-Down while tilting the analog stick downward.
Star Fox: Assault
In Star Fox: Assault, a U-Turn can be performed simply by tilting the C-Stick downward.
Star Fox Command
In Star Fox Command, a U-Turn can be performed by touching the U-Turn button Icon with the stylus.
