The location of the Training Grounds remains a mystery. It seems to take place on a small area in front of [[Corneria]]. Intro
Starfox 64 has a training mode to help the player get used to the controls. The level consists of 3 stages. Stage 1 has you flying through 100 rings. Stage 2 consists of doors that open and close and you must maneuver through them using the brake or boost. Lastly, Stage 3 consists of you fighting endless hoards of enemies until you die.
Location
The location of the Training Grounds remains a mystery. It seems to take place on a small area in front of Corneria. It could be a defense station close to Corneria due to buildings and enemy fighter planes.
Instructor
The instructor appears to be a racoon with a green cap. A theory is that he may be a flight instructor for the cornerian army. He holds up a wrench showing that he is also some type of maintenance.
Trivia
On Stage 3, after you shoot a number of enemies down, a Wolfen appears and you have to take it down. It is unknown if either Wolf, Leon, Pigma, or Andrew is in the Wolfen or even if the Wolfen is even real (it could be a hologram to help you in your training).
