The user rights were changed a few weeks ago (I think?) to prevent non-autoconfirmed members from creating pages, in order to combat large amounts of spam. I don't know how many edits you have to make and how many days you have to edit, there isn't a page on that yet, so uh just keep editing for a while :) Alex95 (talk) 04:13, 3 April 2018 (UTC)
