:The user rights were changed a few weeks ago (I think?) to prevent non-autoconfirmed members from creating pages, in order to combat large amounts of spam. - The user rights were changed a few weeks ago (I think?) to prevent non-autoconfirmed members from creating pages, in order to combat large amounts of spam.
