:That's a tricky question. Moving domains will result in a large hit to SEO, which is why it hasn't been done yet. An alternative option is to redirect that domain to the current one until things can be properly changed without destroying the Google results, but I don't know exactly what changes would need to be made to consider it safe to switch domains.{{:User:Justin/sig}} 19:08, 6 September 2020 (UTC) | |||
::To me, there's more checks & balances for this one. People are much more likely to type starfoxwiki.com in the url bar than starfoxwiki.info. Yet, like you said, this could affect SEO. I think over the course of maybe two or so months, the SEO would be back to normal if all search engines log it as starfoxwiki.com ?
