Cornerian Assault Carrier
The Cornerian Assault Carrier is the main planetary assault ship/carrier in the Cornerian Navy. These old starcruisers used to be the workhorse ship in up until the Lylat Wars, where it was replaced by the Pleiades-class Cruiser.
The Assault Carrier had two large forward hangars that take up over three quarters of the hull. Having these massive hangars, allows the ship to carry an impressive complement of fighters. However, with this great cargo capacity, it lacks in defense. Without shields, even the smallest of fighters could devastate these ships.
After the Aparoid Invasion, Fox McCloud purchased a decommissioned carrier, due to lack of funds. This would be the Great Fox II.
