BribeClaw is a SharpClaw guard under command of General Scales. He guards the entrances to several locations, but can be bribed into letting Fox through for 50 scarabs on two occasions. You can get out of paying the second one by using the staff pad nearby. This will cause him to move out of your way as if you paid him
