Now possessing [[Aparoid]]-infection capabilities, Andross begins spreading a new techno virus that converts everyone and everything it touches to serve him. Soon the entire [[Lylat System]] is at risk. [[Star Fox]] reforms and returns to combat Andross' latest invasion. Everyone is now older in a certain way, and [[Fox McCloud]] and [[Krystal]] have since reformed their relationship (to the point Fox may propose marriage during or at the end of the game). [[Star Wolf]] will also return, but will fight against Star Fox; due to being infected.
