They want to put advertisements on Lylat Wiki and split the profit, something that would help this site pay for itself. However, I would never agree to this without first receiving the consent of the users. Tell me your thoughts, opinions, etc. And rest assured that I will respect the majority decision. In order to support the upkeep of the server, we're asking the sites we're hosting if they would be willing to host advertisements. We're looking to have two to three ads on each site - one at the top and bottom of the content area, and possibly one in the sidebar, but this can be negotiated. All money raised will go towards the cost of the server/hosting and domain names. This won't affect the day-to-day running of the site in any way.
