 In ''[[Star Fox Adventures]]'', the Great Fox has a smaller role. The main menu is set from within the Great Fox. During gameplay itself, the Great Fox first appears in a cutscene right after [[Krystal]] is imprisoned. The Great Fox is wandering through space, and inside the ship, General Pepper assigns Fox with the new mission of rescuing [[Sauria|Dinosaur Planet]]. As shown from the world map, the Great Fox orbits around Dinosaur Planet during Fox's adventure on it. His teammates, Slippy, Peppy, and ROB 64, remain in the Great Fox, and the former two of whom communicate to Fox and assist him throughout his journey. The Great Fox appears again in the ending, after Fox defeats [[Andross]] (with help from [[Falco Lombardi|Falco]]). As Andross explodes into a giant blast of energy, Fox and Falco quickly retreat their Arwings back into the Great Fox. Inside it, Fox is congratulated by the Star Fox team and Krystal for saving Dinosaur Planet.
