They have two limbs, which are forelegs. When attacked, they retract into their shells as modern-day turtles do, but as a result, they are vulnerable to Fox's attacks. The quickest way to defeat one is to use the Ice Blaster technique, and then hit them. The FireCrawlers are native to [[Dragon Rock]], but one appears in [[Moon Mountain Pass]] during a meteor impact. It is unknown if the FireCrawlers are specific tribe like the [[EarthWalker|EarthWalkers]], or just a specific enemy. They share their battle theme with the vicious [[RedEye]].
