A larger, slower version of the Arwing used by Peppy and Slippy in the unreleased Star Fox 2. It shares little resemblance with the actual Arwing. This craft lacked speed, but made up for it with defense. Its default special is the heart. The class of ship has never appeared in any other game in the Star Fox series, though many fans would like the Interceptor to make at least one official appearance in later installments.
