Rolling is a technique present in Star Fox Adventures. It's main purpose is to get out of harm's way, but its continuous use is also slightly faster than walking. Normally, Fox (or Krystal) suffers two units of damage when caught on fire, but by Rolling, the damage can be reduced to one. Rolling can be executed by pressing the X-button while running and when not in combat.
