+Considering our current level of activity, the fact that we no longer have any <code>Arwingpieda:</code> or <code>Arwingpedia_talk</code> pages to work on, and a few other reasons, i am recommended we officially declare the Merger over and done with. The remaining portion of Stage 4 (reviewing the articles) can still happen; it just doesn't have to happen as part of the merger.
