Barrel roll
A barrel roll is a technique where the Arwing spins with a force making the G-diffuser inhale, so more items will come toward you, or it can be used to deflect certain enemy blasts. Peppy's phrase, "Do a barrel roll!" is an internet sensation, and people have made a remix of it.
