			:if the user only created one page with advertising, talking on their user page is fine. It is if they created multiple pages, or modified multiple pages with spam, very obvious they are a bot, etc. that blocking is warranted. {{User:Tacopill/sig}} 22:03, 5 February 2013 (UTC)
