File Upload problems

hello, how i can upload a file? i want to upload the artwork of Wolfen from Star Fox Zero but i can't and this appears: "You do not have permission to create new pages".

So, few things to point out.

1. You didn't hit the "start a new section" button to start this conversation, so it went up without a header. I added some. Please include one in the future.
2. PanchamBro isn't staff on Lylat Wiki.
3. Please sign your comments.
4. You need the create page right in order to upload new files, that aren't new versions of old files. That is granted when you become autoconfirmed.
