The Trainer appears to be a raccoon with a green cap. A theory is that he may be a flight instructor for the Cornerian army. He holds up a wrench showing that he is also some type of mechanic. The fact that the Trainer seems to speak in an similar manner to norse code also indicates that the Trainer may actually be a hologram designed to help with training.
