He has the wisdom of peppy but the youth of Slippy, He is indeed a strange character, personally I want to find out as much as I can About him. He appears to be a youthfull orange furred fox or bear with his signature green hat and perhaps a black mask or black fur around his eyes, he bears a slieght resembalence to robin hood. | |||

Unfortuanatly he is speechless but when he talks it sounds somwhat like a type writter. His Advise is wise and usefull, he seems to have as much knowledge as Peppy even though he appears youthful. | |||
