This is the only shop in Star Fox Adventures located in Hollow and it is run by the StoreKeeper. His shop is divided into the main room, the Gambling Room and 3 shopping rooms all of which have a different color representing the nature of the goods sold in the particular room. The main room's doors form a hexagon, which connects all the other rooms to the main room. If you take either first door from left or right from the entrance, you will arrive into the Gambling room. The second door on left leads to the blue room and the second door on the right leads to the purple room. If you go straight from the entrance, you'll reach the door to the red room. There is also a well in the middle of the main room, which sells you a Cheat Token. In the blue room, he has all his perishables, including Dumbledang Pods, Fuel Cells and Pukpuk Eggs. In the red room he sells all kinds of special goods, like Rock Candy, Bafomdad Holder and a few of maps. In the purple room he keeps the rest of his maps, most of which cost 5 Scarabs.

The ThornTail Store is a store run by the ShopKeeper at Hollow in Star Fox Adventures. Fox McCloud can purchase items from this location with Scarabs.

Layout
The ThornTail Store has a foyer with five pathways, two of which lead to the Scarab Room, and the other three are shopping rooms: the Blue Room, Red Room, and Purple Room. The shopping rooms all have a uniquely-colored lighting, hence their names. The pathway entrances are in the shape of an inequilateral hexagon and are covered by a thin curtain. Their thresholds are also surrounded by a curved, colored stripe. A small sign hangs above every entrance, indicating the contents of each room. A well is located in the center of the main room, where Fox can purchase a Cheat Token.

The Scarab Room can be accessed from both the leftmost and rightmost pathways of the main room. In this room, Scarabs can be gambled with the ShopKeeper. First he asks the amount of Scarabs to be gambled, with the maximum of ten. He then throws the desired number of Green Scarabs into the play area, from where they have to be collected within 30 seconds. The catch is, that he also frees the same amount of Purple Scarabs in the play area, which when collected, result in losing the bet. The amount of Scarabs lost is reduced by the amount of Green ones collected before stumbling into a Purple one. For example, with a 10 Scarab bet, and only four collected Scarabs before getting a Purple one, will result in six Scarab loss. The bet is won if all Green ones are collected. The prize is rather unsurprisingly the amount of Scarabs gambled. Playing the game actually costs nothing unless a bet is lost.

The Blue Room can be entered from the second pathway from the left. This room sells common items such as Eggs.

The Red Room can be entered from the center pathway. It sells unique items, most of which Fox is required to purchase at some point of his adventure. The Red Room also sells a few maps.

The Purple Room can be entered from the second pathway from the right. This room only sells maps, aside from the four in the red room.

Trivia
*If Fox talks to the ThornTail in front of the WarpStone area's entrance before leaving for Mines, he asks Fox if he has visited the "Warp Stone Shop". This may have been an earlier name for the ThornTail Store.
