The game still features Download Play, where people can play against anyone even if they do not own the game, similary to ''[[Star Fox Command]]''. Additionally, players can take pictures of themselves for creating personal icons when pitting against other. Furthermore, the game includes two single modes: The 3DS mode, and a classic mode. In the former, you can use the gyroscope features to control the game, whilst the latter can be controlled the old-fashioned way, of course. In other news, [[Shigeru Miyamoto]] was in a press event in France lately, and he revealled some new details about ''[[Star Fox 64 3D]]'': In addition to the fact that the game's development had long been completed, the game will apparently take advantage of the Nintendo 3DS' gyroscope capability, apparently giving "a new dimension to the game."

At this rate, a localized release of ''Star Fox 64 3D'' would not be far off from that date.
