Morning, Justin. I'd like to say I'm interested as well. Taco said he's got my vote, but you have the final say. You weren't on skype today for me to ask you, so might as well ask you here. [[User:Zenox|Zenox]] 22:20, 18 August 2010 (PDT)

Good job with the bot there. It's pretty cool. Is it going to have any more functions added? Level 3 00:52 9 Macrh 2010 (UTC)

Well, he's pretty much got everything we need. I've been trying to build some new ones, though. Not much luck, but it's fun. Oh, and please use TALK pages for this stuff :PNeo 00:59, 10 March 2010 (UTC)
Well, for some reason I was under the impression that I was on your talk page lol. Level 3 01:08 9 Macrh 2010 (UTC)

Hello! I would like to thank you so much for promoting me to one of the sysops! It was a such a surprise, really! I never ever expected it! I shall be respectful of this title, and dutiful to it as I am aware of what to do since I've been working on wikis for a long time, don't you know? Hope(N Forever) 14:10, 12 March 2010 (UTC)

Mm. I figured. Just be cool with it and whatnot. I'm not going to impose a ton of rules like "YOU MUST ASK ABOUT EDITING THE MEDIAWIKI NAMESPACE" or anything. If you have something you think will help, do it and I'll check it out later :P That's the beauty of wikis. Just don't break nothing XDNeo 15:06, 12 March 2010 (UTC)

Umm... hi.

I'm basically here for assurance. I'm sure you guys will edit here under the same no copy policy you follow at WiKirby, but just to be safe; I advise you not to consider even using the same sources. I've recently detected conflict between Wikia and NIWA editors at other Wikis, and it happened due to a misunderstanding of the Wikia editor's context, in which the NIWA admins did something slanderous to the main page. I need to know, at this moment, whether or not this Wiki was made in spite of the situation, or whatever. That may sound paranoid, but I'm trying to stay on the safe side to avoid intra-wiki conflict. Thank you for your time. Blue Ninjakoopa 22:59, 7 April 2010 (UTC)

  1. Thank you for Joining our Wiki. I hope you will have a good time editing here, and hope the wiki can benefit from your experiences as a Admin, and as A Star Fox Fan.
  2. Thank you for Warning us of...whatever it is. Did this happen to Arwingpedia? i'd like more details on the event, whatever happened, in order to help put stuff in place to help deter it happening here.
  3. This Wiki was launched Feburary, so no it wasn't made in spite of anything. You don't need worry about that.
  4. Do you have any recommendations of what policies, templates, etc., We should put in? I am open to any ideas you have.
Thanks Again, [Tacopill|(talk)] 00:22, 8 April 2010 (UTC).
Not an admin or anything here, as a candidate wiki for NIWA status this wiki will certainly be held to a high standard in regards to plagiarism and handling such accusations. WiKirby maintains respect for the other wikis bc I want to- and it's important to me personally. Since I was one of the founding members of NIWA; almost anything I was working on would have been held to a stronger consideration than a typical startup. I'm unaware of the main page issue you mentioned. I haven't been online much the past few weeks. But tell me more and I'll look further into it. Axiomist 04:40, 8 April 2010 (UTC)
Seems my buddies here have it right. We started to help the NIWA out, not to spite you guys. And I can personally assure you that I will have a strict policy on it.
As for the main page issues, those were blown out of proportion. What happened was that the administrators of Wikitroid became angry because the main page of Metroid Wiki featured links to pages around the wiki, essentially. This made no sense whatsoever, as Wikitroid has numerous page links on their main page. (Compare to this for reference.) I'm in charge of this wiki along with...well...WikiSysop :P and I fully and openly encourage you to come to me right away with any complaints of plagiarism, and I'll take immediate action. I don't want to be enemies at all like what happened with Metroid Wiki and Wikitroid. That was the result of a lack of communication and several problematic misrepresentations of the goals of Metroid Wiki on the Metroid Database Forums.
In addition, I visited Arwingpedia awhile ago, but I decided against making an announcement of the presence of Lylat Wiki because I didn't want to add more tensions to the mix. So just know that I will be checking our new pages with Arwingpedia for plagiarism, and that I EXPLICITLY forbid it. *points to site notice*
Thanks for taking the time to come and speak with me before making assumptions. I greatly appreciate that.Neo 19:50, 8 April 2010 (UTC)

Staff

I would be happy to be a moderator/patroller in addition to the usual contributions, since my ability to use wiki code/policy is hardly proficient as of yet. PureLocke(User/Talk) 15:29, 9 August 2010 (PDT)

Well...I haven't seen much of your editing, to be honest. At Zelda Wiki, I've only patrolled a few of your edits. So I'm gonna say to ask me again in a month so I can have some time to make sure that:
  1. You're not just going to go inactive
  2. You've got what it takes
  3. Your edits are good
