History
These ships were created sometime around the Lylat Wars. They were stationed at Area 6 to defend the planet Venom.
When the Star Fox Team attacked, the crews of the ships did all they could to stop them, but they were all quickly destroyed.
After Andross was defeated, the ships went out of order, and fell out of use.
