We actually already have a template for this, it was just never used. It's here at Template:NIWA. There's not much of a difference other than colors, so I'm thinking, instead of using one or the other, just take the text background color from the original and put it on the new. - Actually, I do. But perhaps instead of having the words black on colored backgrounds the words themselves can just be colored. Let's wait to see what others think.--TW 09:27, 6 November 2010 (PDT)
