Spoiler warning: The following contains key plot or ending details.

The ending of Star Fox Command is one of many possibilities, each one possibly contradicting the others. Because of this, please do not treat any of them as canon. We need to wait to see which ending the Nintendo (and any other involved companies) says is the "correct" ending in the next game, or an official publication.

Fox and Crystal

After saving the Lylat System, the Star Fox team heads over to Aquas to meet Slippy Toad's fiance, Amanda. Amanda joins the Star Fox team to be closer to Slippy. Meanwhile, Venom is a lush green planet under the rule of Dash Bowman. He strives to make Venom a respectable and powerful place.

The Anglar Empire

The Star Fox team is reunited once again. They continue their work, but Fox has troubles over his mixed feelings towards Krystal. Months pass and Krystal confesses her love for Panther Caruso and leaves the team. She eventually becomes one of the toughest pilot in the galaxy in the Star Wolf team.

Lucy and Krystal

With the victory, the team celebrates with a huge feast and the conversations last until late into the night. Peppy Hare and his daughter, Lucy slip away to reminisce over Vivian Hare. Bringing joyful and bittersweet memories, the two sit and talk until morning. Fox and Krystal do the same, sharing their true feelings for each other. With this, Krystal decides to rejoing the Star Fox team, indefinitely.

Dash Makes a Choice

Dash Bowman has been left on Venom at his on request and begins to help the planet flourish once again. After many years, immigrants begin to arrive to the planet, now lush and green with life. Venom flourishes with Dash as its leader and soon equals to that of Corneria in power. However, Dash gets corrupt with power and makes the speech "Corneria is no longer the center of Lylat power! Venom's time has come!" Eventually conflict leads to war and Venom yet again becomes a threat to Lylat.

Slippy's Resolve

Slippy Toad leaves the Star Fox team and runs away with Amanda to Aquas to being his new life. Years pass and the couple have an army of children. Slippy never thought he could be any happier. He shared his stories with his children of the days when he flew with the Star Fox team. Decades pass, Slippy now an old man who continues to tell his stories. Slippy begins to wonder what became of his old teammates, wondering if they still continue to fly across Lylat righting wrongs.

Pigma's Revenge

Falco is removed from the Star Fox team. Katt Monroe sends him a message telling him to form his own team. Katt and himself find a third pilot, Dash Bowman, and create the Star Falco team, a team mighter than that of even Star Fox.

The Curse of Pigma

Fox is going through depression with the loss of everything he had loved. Falco attempts to confort him and brainstorms the idea of becoming pilots in the G-Zero Grand Prix. They engineered their Arwings into racing machines and Fox's mood changes completely. The two become household names, winning races all over. Soon their memories of Star Fox fade away completely.
