Cornerian Cruiser

The Cornerian Cruiser was the backbone of the Cornerian space forces during the Aparoid Invasion in Star Fox: Assault.

These ships formed the fleet at the battle of Fortuna against Oikonny's Rebellion and accompanied the Great Fox on the attack on the Aparoid Homeworld. Carrying numerous laser emplacements, the Cruisers could wreak havoc on enemy warships. Ships of similar design were shown in the Super Smash Bros. Brawl stage Lylat Cruise, which were also engaging ships over a planet that resembles Fortuna. Despite their preformance, they suffered heavy losses in both quelling Andrew Oikonny's rebellion and attacking the Aparoid Homeworld. (Peppy says that during the battle, 20% of the fleet had been lost.)
