Star Fox: Guard is an upcoming tower defense game for the Wii U starring Slippy Toad. It is the first spin-off game in the Star Fox franchise. The goal of the game is to protect the mining operations of Slippy Toad's uncle Grippy.

The release date is April 22, 2016, the same as Star Fox Zero. It will be bundled with Star Fox Zero at retail stores, and will be available as a separate eShop purchase for download.
