Template:Pictures LightFoot Village is a location on planet Sauria in Star Fox Adventures.

Home to the aggressive but spiritual LightFoot Tribe, the village is separated from the rest of Sauria by a tall gray brick wall. Only a small gate leads into the village, which can only be opened by knowing the secret combination of hits that had to be given to a series of trees outside the village. LightFoot Village is a swampy land, build over a lake, with a big pyramid-like building in the center. The houses of the LightFoot are build over the trees, with only the LightFoot Chief's hut being in front of the pyramid.

Fox first entered the village when he was ambushed and knocked out by the LightFoot, after trying to help a baby LightFoot. Then when he woke up, he was sentenced to death by the Chief LightFoot after which a CloudRunner came to save him by throwing flames at the attacking LightFoots. Afterwards, he was freed by the Chief LightFoot, who was asking him to "make the bird stop".

On his second visit, he had to pass the two LightFoot trials, which were the Strength Trial, and the Totem Pole Trial, in order to gain access to the main pyramid, which contained the third Krazoa Shrine.

The Test of Strength

The LightFoot Test of Strength with Fox (left) pushing against MuscleFoot (right).

In this test, Fox McCloud goes head to head with MuscleFoot, the village's strongest LightFoot.

The competitors stand on either side of a wooden totem pole paddle and use it to push against each other in a modified tug of war. The goal is for one participant to push the other around into a pit located behind them almost 90 degrees from where they start. The competitor who is pushed into the pit loses.

The player must tap the A button on the GameCube controller repeatedly and quickly to make Fox push. The test has a time limit and if Fox fails to push MuscleFoot into the pit in under one minute, control is taken away from the player and MuscleFoot pushes Fox into the pit.

The Totem Pole Trial

In this Trial, he had to activate all the totem poles that were scattered through the village.

Once he beat both trials, he was able of entering the central pyramid. In the inside, he had to shoot a very big Totem Pole, to make the pieces stop and once he was able of making them all coincide, a door opened leading to the third Krazoa Shrine Entrance Warp.

As a sidequest, Fox can help several LightFoot find their lost babies, who were scattered all around the village.
