The Attack Carrier is a Venomian battleship that serves as the boss for Corneria in the original ''[[Star Fox (game)|Star Fox]] and of the secret route in ''[[Star Fox 64]]''. In ''Star Fox 64'', it approaches the player from behind and tries to collide with the [[Arwing]]. The player must fly low to avoid this. The Attack Carrier is heavily armored and impervious to [Laser]] fire and [[Smart Bomb]]s. However, when it opens its hatches to release a salvo of missiles, the player can shoot at the openings to break off the three large missile pods from the ship, rendering it vulnerable to weapons fire. The Attack Carrier is a Venomian battleship that serves as the boss for Corneria in the original Star Fox and of the secret route in Star Fox 64. In Star Fox 64, it approaches the player from behind and tries to collide with the Arwing. The player must fly low to avoid this.
